It started with a local sailboat spars manufacturer approaching us for a new Autoclave control and data acquisition system. It lead to a entirely new line of Control.NET™ Apps tightly integrated with EtherNet/IP, IO-Link, and Windows NT Industrial PCs. You're in Control.NET.
Built from the ground up with the manufacturing Operator in mind. How could we help them build perfect products? The solution: a simple app that can talk to PLCs and produce a 'Heads Up' display showing them what is coming, with TEXT, SOUND, VOICE, IMAGEs, and VIDEOs. Keep them in Sequence.NET.
We took over the support and development of the LADDERS suite of products from WRB Associates in 1990. After this acquistion we went of to support customers at GM, Ford, Saturn, Chrysler, Union Carbide, and many others for over 10 years. We are now transitioning these products to Cloud-based Services.LADDERS® knows the difference!.
We designed and coded a suite of applications built on CIMPLICITY, C++, C#, and .NET to provide General Motors with one continuous error proofing system for over 24 years.
We start from the End User's point-of-view. The person(s) who will work facing this solution. That's our customer at the end of the day. Does this solution make them more efficient? More productive? More, dare we say...
joyful when using this every day?
We start with the traditional set of requirements: What must this solution do? What are its inputs? What are its outputs? What processing must it perform? Then we work side-by-side with the End User and test all the ideas, presentation, the UX/UI, to ensure they have ownership in the final product.

"There is no perfect software,
so you must perfect the support process".
We release after that process is in place, understood by the customer, and is ready to provide immediate defect resolutions, app enhancements, and any training required.
